Welcome to Spiritwind Internal Arts WEBSITE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!
Spiritwind Internal Arts is an organization founded by Sifu Chik Qadir Mason dedicated to the study, practice and teaching of Classical Taoist healing, martial and meditation arts. We have centers in Toronto, Philadelphia, and Buffalo and teachers and practitioners around the world. Our members are from all walks of life. We are artists and poets, doctors and lawyers, cooks, waiters, business professionals, actors, healers, teachers and students. We are men and women of every age and every ethno- cultural- economic- religious combination. We are different even in what we seek: physical development, the calming of the emotions, the discipline of training, focusing of the mind, or spiritual growth. Our commonality is simply that we find paths to what we seek through the study and practice of Chinese Internal Arts.
